Making a claim

The circumstances leading to an insurance claim can be difficult, so we’ve tried to make our claims process as simple as possible. To start you’ll need to complete a claims form.  All the forms you need are right here. Just select and print the form you need, complete the details in full, and send it back to us by mail or fax.
